Combining rules

The Lorenz-Berthelot combining rules (also known as mixing rules) for binary mixtures are given by

${ϵ}_{ij}=\sqrt{{ϵ}_{ii}{ϵ}_{jj}}$

${\sigma }_{ij}=\frac{{\sigma }_{ii}+{\sigma }_{jj}}{2}$
